Learn foundational cooking skills with this internationally recognised STCW and STCW-F accredited cooks course endorsed by South African Marine Safety Authority (SAMSA). Iron Wood Training Academy has international certified and professional qualified instructors that will teach you culinary fundamentals for efficient meal preparation for small to large groups. Discover the art of cooking and learn about menu planning, stock control, food hygiene, storage and safety, balanced nutritional ingredient selection, general galley safety, disposal of garbage on board a commercial vessel.
