STCW Crowd Management E-Learn Course

Our STCW Crowd Management online course fulfills the requirements of STCW and is USCG approved. The online course is recognized by all Flag States.

The course is required for those sailing on passenger ships. Students will learn:

• The ships muster plan
• Types of lifesaving appliances
• Fire fighting appliances
• Assisting passengers to muster and embarkation stations
• Emergency exits
• Mustering procedures
• Crowd management techniques

The course login information will be sent upon enrollment. Upon course completion the final test can be taken either remotely by video (individual or group) or in person. The date for the final test will be arranged with the school.

Certification is sent by email.
