Terms and Conditions
Courses cancelled within a week of course start date will be charged in full. Courses transferred within a week of course start date will incur a 20% administration charge. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Payment or a purchase order number must have been received to secure training before course start date. If payment has not been received, training will not be allowed to commence.
Certificates for any course will not be issued unless payment has been received in full.
Course start time is 9.30am sharp unless otherwise stated. Participants should be in the training venue at least 15 minutes before the course start time. Participants who are late for a course by more than half an hour will not be permitted on the course.
All course materials, lunch and exam fees (if applicable) are included in course fees. If participants are required to bring any further course materials they will be informed in advance of the course.
All courses subject to minimum numbers.
