Terms and Conditions
Bookings: A 100% deposit of the total amount due shall be required two weeks in advance in order to secure your booking. Proof of payment shall be required to secure your booking; therefore, a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment needs to be sent to SOTA’s email address (info.southernocean@gmail.com)
If you did not book within 2 weeks of the course, not a problem. Please make sure you complete payment before issue of certificate. Please contact admin at info.southernocean@gmail.com to secure your booking.
Cancellation/Withdrawal: In the event of any cancellations a minimum period of 7 working days
notification will be required which shall result in the forfeiture of 25% of the total amount due as per the
accepted quotation. No refunds will be processed for cancellations and/or withdrawal from course
subsequent to commencement of the course.
Certification: Certificates shall remain the property of SOTA until the full payment of the agreed amount
as per the quotation has been received.
SOTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training at their discretion.
