Terms and Conditions
All rates are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR).
Accommodation is quoted separately and subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed once the booking sheet has been filled out, payment has been made and proof of payment has been received.
Please note that due to high demand of our courses. If you are unable to attend the course due to any reason you will not receive a refund should it be under a 2 week period.
50% refund will be granted should it be 4-6 weeks prior to course.
A full refund will be granted should you cancel 6+ weeks prior to course date subject to a 10% admin fee of your total booking fee.
Should you not attend the first day of course you will forfeit your spot and will be considered as a cancellation under 2 weeks.
International payments will be charged R350 - R420 to cover any bank related costs.
Please insure that when making a payment that you accept all bank charges on your side. Get Onboard will not be held liable should payment be short once cleared.
Students are to make it clear whether or not they are on any medication or have an injuries prior to the course, what that is and how it affects the individual.
Please inform us if you have any allergies prior to the course.
Get Onboard and Partners will not be held liable for any flight changes/cancellations/ missed courses/ bad or inappropriate behaviour.
All travellers are obliged to take out their own travel insurance.
No consumption of alcohol or drugs on the premises. Should the student be intoxicated Get Onboard or Partners conducting the course have full right to dismiss the student. You are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before course start time.
If you are late the Instructor has the right to not allow you into the class.
If for any reason Get Onboard is unable to fulfil a booking or a vessel becomes unseaworthy for any reason whatsoever, Get Onboard will inform the Student immediately. No liability shall attach itself to Get Onboard beyond the refund of the full fee paid by the student(s) or unused portions thereof.
Students should allow a flexible time frame when booking their courses.
