  Great people, great facilities, great experience!
  I’ve been doing my training with fire aid since 2016 and it’s always been a delight! The course content is spot on and always well delivered

  Very competent training staff. Facilities were excellent in fire unit itself. The accommodation unit was really only suitable for young students. I had to sleep on top in a bunk bed I was in my 60s and everyone else were in the 20s. Hopefully it's improved since.

  Completed my week long STCW and would definitely recommend.
  Well organised and professional. Lots of info shared via email before, calls with queries answered quickly.
  The instructors were very enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed the job making it a lot more fun.

  Outstanding instructors with excellent facilities and equipment. The courses were very inclusive with everyone being able to experience the practical aspects of the courses.
  When looking around I found them to be the best value for money in the Dorset and Hampshire counties, and administration and communication was excellent too, particularly during the ever-changing circumstances of government restrictions during the on-going covid saga. Certificates issued immediately following course completion, which was also helpful.
  Would highly recommend.

  I completed my STCW course here recently and cannot rate this place higher. I shall be back in 5 years for my refresher!
  Chris, Terry and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. All full of great knowledge and experience, they made learning and training fun! Death by powerpoint did not happen here...
  I highly recommend this place for all people looking to getting their STCW qualification.

  Chris and the team at Fire-aid provide a fantastic STCW course. All of the instructors are very patient and understanding of people's needs when out of their comfort zones. Would definitely recommend
